Came into the dealership (Saturday) as my car had broken down and needed a courtesy car to go back to London. After showing them the certificate that my jeep was under warranty, they were unable to assist and honour my warranty. They said I had to contact Jeep customer care even though they do not work weekends. After contacting Jeep today (Monday) they informed me that the dealership should have been able to honour my warranty as they can search my details are on their system. Although Aby tried her best to help I believe they are clueless and not knowledgeable on how jeep warranty works. This completely ruined my whole day and made it impossible to get back home. I eventually got a courtesy car through roadside assist.

Just bought an Alfa Giulia Veloce from Research Garage. Lovely car and Nathan was an excellent representative, explaining all of the issues in detail and even giving me a very fair price for my electric car (sadly, before its time) in part exchange. I look forward to many miles of fun motoring.

Have had the last three services of my Quadrifoglio at this garage and each time the service team have been fantastic. Earlier this week I had an issue - I called up Monday, Appt made for Diagnostic on Thurs. Car dropped off the day before and handed a beautiful clean courtesy car.. Car was repaired and ready to collect the same day. Can’t thank the ladies on service desk enough 🙏
